What does Rich The Payment Guy actually do?

Two things that work hand in hand: I cut your card-processing costs — often to zero with a compliant program — and I provide the growth services that bring in customers: website, Google ranking, reviews, social media, ads, and AI tools. Payments is the foundation; growth is what we build on top, all with one local partner instead of five vendors.

What does "zero-cost processing" mean?

The cost of accepting cards is structured so it no longer comes out of your margin — through a compliant dual-pricing or surcharge program. Where that's not the right fit, I'll show you a transparent rate reduction instead. Either way, you see the real numbers before anything changes.

Do I have to switch processors to get the marketing services?

No. The free website is tied to processing, but marketing, social, SEO, and AI services can run on their own. Bundling with processing just makes it more affordable, because your fee savings help pay for it.

Is there a long-term contract?

It depends on the service. My marketing & growth services are month-to-month — no long-term commitment, cancel-friendly, and you can prepay annually for up to two months free. Payment processing has its own simple terms, which I’ll go over with you personally on your free review so everything is clear before you decide.

Google ranking & SEO

Can you guarantee my business will rank #1 on Google?

No honest provider can promise a fixed "#1" — Google's own guidelines say so, and results shift based on where the searcher is standing. What I do promise is a proven, repeatable process and visible ranking progress within 90 days, or I keep working at no extra cost. The real goal is the Map Pack — Google's top-3 local results — which is very achievable for most local businesses.

How do you get a business to the top of local search?

Most of it comes from your Google Business Profile: the right primary category, a complete profile, a steady flow of fresh reviews, consistent name/address/phone across the web, and regular posts — plus local on-page SEO (service and city pages). I run all of it on a monthly cadence and send you a rank-grid report so you can see the movement.

How long until I see results?

Some levers are fast — missed-call text-back and database reactivation often pay for the plan in the first weeks. Ranking and SEO compound over 3–6 months. I set honest expectations up front and show progress monthly.

Do you actually create the content, or just schedule it?

We create it. My team comes on-site to film and photograph your real business, then edits short-form videos, builds branded graphics, writes captions, and posts it all for you. It's done-for-you, not a login you have to figure out.

Can I get just one service instead of a whole package?

Yes — use the plan builder to pick exactly what you want and add it to your cart, or choose a preset package. When a package becomes the better deal for what you've picked, the builder tells you.

What if I already have a website or some tools?

We work with what you have. I'll review your current setup and only recommend what actually moves the needle — no paying twice for things you already run. Ask for a free website review.

What POS systems and card machines do you offer?

A full range: Clover, Square, Valor, and PAX POS systems; card terminals from Dejavoo, Verifone, Ingenico, Poynt, Sunmi, and NRS; self-ordering kiosks; and iPad/tablet POS (Square Stand, talech, Lavu, Aldelo). I match the right one to how you operate.

Do I have to buy the equipment?

No. There’s no up-front equipment cost to get started — I provide and set up the hardware on a zero-cost program. The equipment carries simple terms I’ll go over with you personally, and your processing savings can help cover it.

Can I keep my current equipment, or do I need new hardware?

Often I can reprogram compatible equipment so you keep what works. Where new hardware is the better move, it’s provided at $0 up front and I transfer your menu, items, and settings for free — nothing is lost in the switch.

Do you offer simple card terminals, not just full POS systems?

Do you work outside Miami?

Yes. I'm based in Miami, Houston & Honolulu and love meeting Miami, Houston & Honolulu owners in person — and my social team films on-site across the local area. I also serve businesses across all 50 states remotely, with the same done-for-you service over Zoom and phone.

How much does everything cost?

Plans start at $297/mo (Foundation), then Build $697, Momentum $1,297, and Dominate $2,997 — or build your own from individual services starting under $100/mo. Prices are illustrative starting points; ad spend and per-lead/per-piece costs are separate. You'll always see real numbers before anything begins.

Who actually does the work?

Me and my team — it's fully done-for-you. The person who sets it up is the person who answers when you call later. Real, local accountability.
